The name "Aavishk" is a beautiful blend of our two children's names β Advik & Aayansh π. And "Tattva" means essence. Together, it represents the pure essence of love, family, tradition, and authenticity.
Founded by Arathi Sukhatankar β an MBA graduate, passionate cook, food enthusiast, and firm believer in preserving traditional Indian flavours β Aavishk Tattva was born from a simple dream: to bring the true taste of Maharashtra and India straight to your kitchen. πΏ
The journey is deeply inspired and blessed by the guidance and encouragement of Dr. Prafullata Sukhatankar, whose values, support, and love for traditional food and culture continue to inspire the foundation of Aavishk Tattva.
Behind the scenes, Aavishk Tattva is operationally supported by co-founder Ajay Sukhatankar β an MBA & Food Science Graduate, Project Manager by profession, passionate foodie at heart, and someone deeply committed to building a family-driven brand rooted in quality, trust, and culture.
Adding even more energy and joy to the journey are the dynamic duo β Advik and Aayansh β who proudly support and cheer on their family business every step of the way. From tasting sessions to event days, they are an inseparable part of the Aavishk Tattva story.
At Aavishk Tattva, we strongly believe that great taste begins with genuine sourcing. Every spice, masala, ingredient, and specialty product is carefully selected from trusted suppliers and regions known for their traditional excellence β from premium Kashmiri saffron to handcrafted spice blends, kokum products, and regional delicacies. We focus on bringing products that stay true to their roots β without compromising on quality, freshness, or purity.
We are not just building a food brand β we are sharing memories, traditions, and flavours that connect people back to home, culture, and cherished experiences. β€οΈ
Because you deserve better than store shelves.

Just like back home. Every spice and flour carries the warmth of a home kitchen β not a factory floor.
No preservatives, no shortcuts, no fillers. What you see is exactly what you get β honest food, honestly made.
Made in small batches or on order β so every product arrives fresh, never sitting on a warehouse shelf for months.
I made masoor lentils today using your Kolhapuri Masala and it turned out amazing! In Kolhapur, there's a famous restaurant on Rajaram Puri road called Masura β it tastes exactly the same! β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ Thank you. Full marks.
Yesterday I made mutton and used the Mutton Masala and Biryani Masala. Both were really good.
I bought the Poha Papad (Mirgunda) and tried it β just wanted to let you know, I really loved it. Thank you!
The Kurdai's from Aavishk Tattva are truly among the best you will find anywhere. Every bite brings back memories of the homemade Kurdai my grandmother would lovingly prepare during summers β authentic, fresh, and full of tradition. The texture and taste are absolutely spot on, and even the size of each piece is generous and satisfying. You can genuinely feel the homemade quality and care that goes into making them. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience real traditional flavours.
This hand blended Malwani Masala is a game changer! Authentic aroma, perfect color and unbelievable flavour. My shrimp curry was incredibly flavourful and hit the right spot. If you are looking for true Konkan flavourz, this is it!
